Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect/Engineer to join the Reserve Bank Operations & Payment Systems team at the U.S. Federal Reserve System. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of the Reserve Bank’s payment systems and operations. We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for developing cutting-edge technology, an ability to collaborate with colleagues, and experience with technology and operations. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have an extensive background in software engineering, system architecture, and operations. They should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical design and development of the Reserve Bank’s payment systems and operations.
  2. Develop cutting-edge technology to ensure system security and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful implementation of new operations and payment systems.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems.
  5. Implement system architecture and operations that meet the Reserve Bank’s standards.
  6. Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency.
  7. Develop detailed specifications for the payment systems and operations.
  8. Create and update documentation on the payment systems and operations.
  9. Implement new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering

  • Five Years Of Professional Experience In Engineering Or Architecture
