The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a highly motivated Peer Specialist to join our team and make an impact on the lives of our Veterans. As a Peer Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to assist Veterans in their recovery journey through support, guidance, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should have a strong connection to the Veteran community, an understanding of the unique challenges facing Veterans, and the ability to build trusting relationships with those they serve. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology

  • Or A Related Field

  • Certified Peer Specialist (Cps) Or Eligibility To Become A Certified Peer Specialist

  • Substance Use

  • And/Or Trauma-Informed Practices

  • Experience Providing Direct Services To Veterans And/Or Military Families
