Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In A Government Or Financial Institution Setting.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, And Usability Testing.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
