  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation and security of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's technology systems.
  2. Lead and manage a team of IT specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
  3. Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure.

  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to IT operations.
  13. Represent the department in meetings and conferences related to IT strategy and initiatives.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In An Information Technology Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of It Systems And Infrastructure, Including Network Design, Security Protocols, And Software Development.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Experience With Budget Management, Project Planning, And Resource Allocation.
