  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collected funds.
  3. Conduct financial analysis to determine the appropriate course of action for each case.

  5. Utilize various collection tools and techniques to ensure timely and successful collection of owed funds.
  6. Collaborate with other government agencies and departments to gather necessary information and resources.
  7. Review and evaluate financial documents and reports to identify discrepancies or potential fraud.
  8. Provide guidance and support to taxpayers regarding payment options and resolution of delinquent accounts.
  9. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.
  11. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to superiors.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of new collection strategies and procedures.
  13. Utilize technology and software to track and manage collection activities.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to taxpayers and maintain a positive image of the Department of the Treasury.
  15. Adhere to strict deadlines and meet collection goals set by the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Collections, Accounting, Or Financial Analysis.
