
Revenue Officer (Collections Analyst)

- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to superiors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new collection strategies and procedures.
- Utilize technology and software to track and manage collection activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to taxpayers and maintain a positive image of the Department of the Treasury.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and meet collection goals set by the department.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Collections, Accounting, Or Financial Analysis.
Knowledge Of Federal Tax Laws, Regulations, And Collection Procedures.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Ability To Analyze And Interpret Financial Data And Make Sound Decisions Based On Findings.
