  4. Stay up-to-date on changes and developments in financial regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

  6. Provide expert advice and recommendations on regulatory matters to senior management.
  7. Assist in the drafting and review of regulatory documents, including proposed rules, guidance, and reports.
  8. Conduct trainings and presentations on regulatory compliance for employees and stakeholders.
  9. Respond to inquiries and requests for information from government agencies, industry partners, and the public.
  10. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure regulations and policies are legally sound and compliant.
  11. Represent the department in meetings and discussions with other government agencies and industry groups.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of regulatory activities and decisions.
  13. Continuously assess and improve regulatory processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and decision-making.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Law, Or Economics.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Or Policy Development.
