  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote government transparency and increase public engagement with the Treasury.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating consultations between the Treasury and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze feedback from consultations and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Plan and execute outreach events and initiatives to engage with the public and increase awareness of the Treasury's mission and initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, advocacy groups, and media outlets.
  6. Monitor and respond to inquiries and concerns from the public, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  7. Create and distribute informational materials, including press releases, social media content, and website updates, to effectively communicate the Treasury's initiatives and policies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public affairs and utilize this knowledge to continuously improve engagement strategies.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within the Treasury to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall organizational goals.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultations and public engagement efforts for reporting purposes.
  11. Represent the Treasury at external events and meetings, serving as a spokesperson and advocate for the organization's initiatives and policies.
  12. Continuously assess and improve consultation processes to enhance stakeholder engagement and increase transparency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Public Affairs, Communications, Or Government Relations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Government Processes And Regulations, Particularly In Relation To Public Consultations.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including Coordinating And Managing Multiple Stakeholders And Deadlines.
