  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing policies, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for updates or changes.

  6. Stay up-to-date on relevant economic and financial trends, legislation, and regulations to inform policy development and implementation.
  7. Provide guidance and support to other team members on policy-related matters.
  8. Represent the Department at conferences, meetings, and other events to share information and gather insights from other experts in the field.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects related to economic and financial policy.
  10. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Economics, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Policy Analysis And Development, Preferably In A Government Or Financial Institution Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Economic Principles And Policies, Particularly In Relation To Taxation, Fiscal Policy, And Financial Markets.

  • Excellent Research, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Synthesize Complex Information And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proven Ability To Communicate Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Industry Experts, And The General Public, Both Orally And In Writing.
