Job Description

  1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team in various matters.
  2. Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and contracts.
  3. Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including other government agencies, to gather and exchange information.
  5. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies.
  6. Coordinate and participate in meetings, hearings, and conferences.
  7. Provide administrative and clerical support, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  8. Collaborate with other paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  9. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the legal team's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Government Agency

  • Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Procedures, And Research Methods

  • Proficiency In Using Legal Research Databases And Software, Such As Lexisnexis Or Westlaw

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Effectively.
