  13. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other external partners to support the acquisition and implementation of IT solutions.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Act as a point of escalation for any IT-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize disruptions to business operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Support, Project Management, Or Systems Administration.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure, Data Management, And Cybersecurity Protocols.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of It Professionals.

  • Familiarity With Government It Policies And Regulations, Particularly Within The Financial Sector.
