
Lead Contact Representative
We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Lead Contact Representative. This position requires a customer service-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to supervise and direct staff. The Lead Contact Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing customer service support, and managing a team of customer service representatives.The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least four years of customer service experience in a contact center or customer service environment. Additionally, the Lead Contact Representative must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
