  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facilities-related activities and documents.
  2. Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to emails and phone calls.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external vendors to address facility-related issues and requests.
  4. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all facilities, including ordering and restocking supplies.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  6. Prepare and submit reports on facility usage, expenses, and other relevant data as required.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects, such as renovations or equipment upgrades.
  8. Monitor and track inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  9. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being and security of the facilities and its occupants.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the department in all interactions.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in facility management to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  13. Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Comply with all government regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the facilities management team.
