- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being and security of the facilities and its occupants.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the department in all interactions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in facility management to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Comply with all government regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the facilities management team.
