
Estate Tax Legal Specialist
The U.S. Department of the Treasury is looking for a highly-qualified Estate Tax Legal Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with estate tax, probate, and trust law. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret estate tax, probate, and trust laws, and provide advice to clients.
- Develop and manage estate tax documents and filings, including estate tax returns.
- Communicate with clients regarding estate tax matters and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and review estate tax forms, declarations, and other documents.
- Work with clients to identify and resolve any estate tax issues.
- Monitor and review changes to estate tax law, and advise clients as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Work with other estate tax legal specialists as part of a team.
- Participate in meetings and conferences related to estate tax matters.
