  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to laws and regulations within the Treasury Department.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory policies and financial laws to identify potential compliance risks and gaps.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information, review policies, and make recommendations for compliance improvements.
  4. Monitor and track changes in regulatory requirements and update policies accordingly.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Prepare and present reports on compliance issues and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance policies and regulations, providing guidance and support to staff at all levels within the department.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to compliance and make recommendations for implementing new strategies.
  9. Review and approve compliance training materials and conduct training sessions for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to policies and regulations.
  10. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to share information and best practices related to compliance policies and regulations.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Treasury Department and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials for future reference and audits.
  13. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent violations and maintain the integrity of the financial system.
  14. Uphold the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance within the Treasury Department and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving compliance goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Usa Patriot Act, And Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
