Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Appraisal Or Valuation.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Appraisals.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Assess The Value Of Various Types Of Real Estate.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Appraisal Concepts To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
