Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Appraisals.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Assess The Value Of Various Types Of Real Estate.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Appraisal Concepts To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
