Job Description

The U.S. Department of Labor is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable professional to join our team as an Unemployment Insurance Program Specialist. This role requires an individual with an understanding of U.S. Department of Labor regulations and procedures who can work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the success of the Unemployment Insurance Program. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is prepared to take on the responsibility of managing the Unemployment Insurance Program. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and implement applicable U.S. Department of Labor regulations and procedures related to the Unemployment Insurance Program.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Prepare reports and other documents related to the Unemployment Insurance Program.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure the successful operation of the program.
  5. Provide technical assistance to other departments regarding the Unemployment Insurance Program.
  6. Train and mentor new staff on the Unemployment Insurance Program.
  7. Administer and manage the Unemployment Insurance Program.
  8. Analyze data and make recommendations for program improvements.
  9. Respond to inquiries and complaints related to the Unemployment Insurance Program.
  10. Monitor and resolve any issues related to the Unemployment Insurance Program.
