Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective equal opportunity policies, procedures, and programs within the U.S. Department of Labor.
- Monitor and review compliance with equal opportunity laws and regulations, and provide guidance and training to employees.
- Investigate complaints of discrimination and take appropriate action.
- Develop and deliver effective training and guidance to employees on equal opportunity policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain records and reports on equal opportunity-related activities.
- Serve as a resource for employees and management on equal opportunity matters.
- Monitor and analyze trends in equal opportunity compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for external agencies and organizations related to equal opportunity matters.
- Participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
