Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective equal opportunity policies, procedures, and programs within the U.S. Department of Labor.
  2. Monitor and review compliance with equal opportunity laws and regulations, and provide guidance and training to employees.
  3. Investigate complaints of discrimination and take appropriate action.
  4. Develop and deliver effective training and guidance to employees on equal opportunity policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain records and reports on equal opportunity-related activities.
  6. Serve as a resource for employees and management on equal opportunity matters.
  7. Monitor and analyze trends in equal opportunity compliance.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for external agencies and organizations related to equal opportunity matters.
  9. Participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and events.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
