  4. Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments and external stakeholders.

  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  10. Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  11. Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.

  14. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Accordingly, While Also Meeting Tight Deadlines.

  • Proficient In Computer Software And Data Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Have Experience With Database Management And Data Entry.
