Job Description

The U.S. Department of Justice is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Procurement and Property Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is able to collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure our procurement and property processes are conducted in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the procurement and property processes of the U.S. Department of Justice
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure efficient and effective procurement and property processes
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to procurement and property management
  • Develop and maintain a database of suppliers, vendors, and contractors
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, vendors, and contractors
  • Monitor and analyze procurement and property trends
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement and property management
