
Financial Program Specialist
The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking an experienced Financial Program Specialist to join our team and provide high-level analysis and support of financial systems. This position requires a combination of expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and operations, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Accounting or Finance, and have at least three years of experience in financial operations or financial program management. The Financial Program Specialist will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of financial systems, as well as providing strategic financial advice and guidance to Departmental leadership. - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial trends and suggest cost saving measures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
