Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources Department.
2. Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance.
3. Develop and execute programs to recruit and retain qualified personnel.
4. Create and manage the Department’s budget.
5. Maintain and update the Department’s HR policies and procedures.
6. Evaluate employee performance and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
7. Resolve conflict and disputes between employees and managers.
8. Advise and provide guidance to Departmental staff on employee relations issues.
9. Oversee the development of training and development programs.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
