Job Description

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our team and help us make a positive impact on our communities. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver training programs to help employees reach their full potential.
  2. Develop new training materials and update existing materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  3. Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary changes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure quality of training services.
  6. Maintain records and compile reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure training objectives are met.
  8. Promote a culture of continual learning and development.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Provide general administrative support to training initiatives.
