  12. Represent the department at meetings, conferences, and other events related to mental health.
  13. Provide support and resources to individuals and families seeking mental health services.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to improve mental health services.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the health and well-being of all Americans.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Mental Health Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Mental Health Treatment And Care.

  • Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Oversee The Delivery Of Mental Health Services.

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills.
