
Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dynamic team of program and management analysts.
- Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to develop effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance and progress.
- Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure compliance with HHS regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials related to program and management analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data and reports.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address issues.
