Supervisory Accountant

4. Ensure that all financial documents are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
6. Monitor and analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
9. Stay current with developments in the accounting field and ensure that staff are informed of changes.
10. Prepare and submit reports to government agencies, as required.
