- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and guidelines in all interactions with clients and their families.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving service delivery and client outcomes.
- Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times and act as a role model for clients.
- Adhere to all department policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Social Services Setting, Preferably With Vulnerable Populations.
Knowledge Of Relevant Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Social Services.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Demanding Environment.
