  10. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and guidelines in all interactions with clients and their families.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving service delivery and client outcomes.
  12. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times and act as a role model for clients.
  14. Adhere to all department policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Social Services Setting, Preferably With Vulnerable Populations.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Social Services.
