
Social Science Research Analyst
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Social Science Research Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of research methods and statistical analysis, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and providing insights on a variety of topics related to health and human services.We are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree in a social science field, such as sociology, psychology, economics, public health, or political science, and at least two years of experience in social science research. Knowledge of research design, data collection and analysis, and report writing is essential. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus. The successful candidate must also have strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
