Job Description

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking an experienced Regulatory Information Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the areas of regulatory compliance, research, and information management. You must be knowledgeable in federal regulations and have the ability to navigate complex systems and databases. If you are a customer-oriented professional with an eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service, then we would love to hear from you!The successful candidate for this position will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, as well as at least two years of experience in a regulatory environment. They must have an excellent understanding of federal regulations and be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. The ideal candidate will also be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all information.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance for the Department of Health and Human Services.
  2. Research and analyze relevant government regulations and industry standards.
  3. Manage and update information systems and databases.
  4. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures for regulatory compliance and information management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all information.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in government regulations and industry standards.
  9. Identify potential risks and develop solutions to address them.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
