Responsibilities: -Review, draft, and interpret legal documents to ensure compliance with regulatory laws. -Provide strategic guidance to the team based on expertise in the regulatory law field. -Stay up-to-date on regulatory laws and changes in order to maintain compliance. -Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. -Advise and educate stakeholders on the legal implications of their actions. -Identify potential areas of risk and provide proactive solutions. -Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws. -Handle legal inquiries and disputes in an efficient and effective manner. -Conduct research and analysis on regulatory issues. -Attend meetings and provide legal advice and support.
