
Paralegal Specialist
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is looking for an outstanding Paralegal Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact. Responsibilities:
- Perform legal research and analysis to support various HHS initiatives.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Prepare legal memoranda and summaries of legal opinions.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other legal professionals in the preparation of legal documents.
- Monitor developments in the law affecting HHS programs.
- Provide administrative support such as filing and preparing documents for court proceedings.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes and other legal matters.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal contracts.
