  8. Support the medical team in completing administrative tasks, such as ordering medical supplies, processing paperwork, and completing data entry.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and address any patient concerns or inquiries.
  10. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies, procedures, and regulations related to healthcare services.
  11. Collaborate with other medical support staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or medical team.
