
Lead Program Analyst
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep knowledge of program analysis and an aptitude for problem-solving. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively and proactively, and can effectively evaluate the existing program infrastructure to identify and execute solutions. The Lead Program Analyst will be instrumental in helping the Department of Health and Human Services continue to uphold its mission of providing the highest quality of health and human services to those in need.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. At least four years of experience in a program analysis role is required. You should also have a thorough understanding of program analysis and evaluation methods, and a strong ability to manage complex projects. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing program improvement initiatives is essential. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as you will be working and interacting with colleagues from across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing program infrastructure to identify and execute solutions.

- Proactively identify and address any program issues or challenges.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program analysis.
