
Health Scientist (Program Evaluation)
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Health Scientist (Program Evaluation) who is committed to making a difference in public health. Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct program evaluations in the health sciences field.
- Develop and implement evaluation plans and strategies for the Department of Health and Human Services.
- Analyze and interpret research and evaluation data to inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations that convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and review emerging trends in health science and evaluate their potential impact on program operations.
- Provide technical assistance to program staff to ensure program effectiveness.
- Participate in professional development and training activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in health science and evaluation.
- Coordinate with other departments and agencies to facilitate cross-program collaboration.
- Manage and track program budgets and resources.
