
Equal Employment Specialist
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is looking for a passionate Equal Employment Specialist to join our team and help create a diverse and inclusive workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that foster equal employment opportunities and comply with federal laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement programs, policies, and initiatives to foster equal employment opportunities and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
-Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Act and other federal laws and regulations
-Conduct research and analysis to identify potential sources of discrimination and propose solutions -Review and analyze job postings for potential discrimination -Provide training to managers and employees on EEO policies and procedures -Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with EEO policies and procedures -Respond to employee inquiries and complaints regarding equal employment opportunities -Document and investigate any potential discrimination issues -Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and agencies to promote equal employment opportunities
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Or A Related Field
