Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or Equivalent.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Government Or Public Health Agency.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques, Equipment, And Procedures, As Well As Regulations And Standards Set By The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (Clia).
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Report Laboratory Results.
