They are also responsible for managing programs, providing technical assistance and training, and developing resources. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement child welfare programs • Manage programs and provide technical assistance and training • Develop resources to support child welfare programs • Lead and collaborate with teams • Identify issues and develop strategies to address them • Maintain a commitment to excellence • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies • Create and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders • Provide support to staff and volunteers • Monitor program activities and outcomes and make adjustments as needed • Research best practices and trends in child welfare • Stay up-to-date on changes in child welfare programs and initiatives
