
Child Welfare Program Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to state and local agencies working to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children and families.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices and standards in the field of child welfare.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies to support state and local child welfare programs.
- Monitor program outcomes and provide feedback on plans and strategies.
- Provide technical assistance to state and local child welfare agencies.
- Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to child welfare programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
