  3. Conduct research and analysis on global trade trends, policies, and regulations to identify opportunities and challenges for U.S. businesses.
  4. Collaborate with other government agencies and international organizations to advocate for U.S. trade interests and address trade barriers.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving complex trade issues and developing effective solutions.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as U.S. businesses, trade associations, and foreign government officials.
  7. Monitor and report on the impact of international trade policies and agreements on U.S. businesses and the economy.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations, trainings, and workshops on international trade topics to educate and inform stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in international trade to continuously improve department operations.
  10. Prepare and manage budgets, contracts, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
  11. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  12. Support the overall mission and goals of the U.S. Department of Commerce through active participation in meetings, committees, and other initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Trade, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In International Trade, Including Supervisory Or Management Experience.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Trade Policies, Regulations, And Procedures.

  • Familiarity With International Trade Agreements And Negotiations.

  • Strong Leadership, Communication, And Analytical Skills.
