Meteorologist

Are you ready to join the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Meteorologist? You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining meteorological products and services, maintaining records of forecast and warning services, and providing technical support and assistance to meteorologists and other stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have a Master’s degree in Meteorology or a related field, with at least three years of experience in operational forecasting, analysis and warning services. You should also have extensive knowledge of meteorological research, meteorological instruments, and experience in interpreting and analyzing meteorological data.
