- Lead and manage all aspects of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements, and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely updates on project status.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, and provide guidance and support to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Use project management methodologies and tools to streamline processes and improve project delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and make recommendations for the implementation of new technologies to drive departmental goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Uphold the department's standards and policies for IT project management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the department in meetings, conferences, and other events related to IT project management.
- Mentor and train team members on project management best practices and provide guidance and support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry
Pmp Certification Or Equivalent Project Management Certification
Strong Understanding Of It Project Lifecycles And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall
Experience Managing Large-Scale It Projects And Budgets, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.
