The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the day-to-day management of our systems as well as developing and implementing technology solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information technology concepts and principles, and be able to solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in a related field in the public sector. The candidate should also have experience in managing and configuring servers and storage systems, as well as experience in managing and configuring network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. Familiarity with project management principles and practices is also required. This position requires an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate should have a strong customer service orientation and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise in the day-to-day management of IT systems.
