  2. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to export regulations and communicate any changes to relevant teams within the organization.
  3. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to export laws and regulations.
  4. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on export compliance matters.
  5. Conduct internal audits to identify and address any potential compliance issues.
  6. Monitor and analyze export data to identify potential areas of risk and take appropriate corrective actions.
  7. Collaborate with external partners and government agencies to ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.

  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to export compliance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Export Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of U.s. Export Regulations, Including The Export Administration Regulations (Ear), International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar), And Office Of Foreign Assets Control (Ofac) Regulations.

  • Experience In Export Compliance: Previous Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Large Multinational Corporation, With A Demonstrated Ability To Interpret And Apply Export Regulations.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail And Ensure Accuracy In All Export-Related Documentation And Processes, As Well As The Ability To Identify Potential Compliance Issues And Address Them Proactively.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Colleagues, Government Officials, And External Stakeholders Regarding Export Compliance Matters.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Interpret Complex Regulations And Evaluate Potential Compliance Risks, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Compliance Strategies.
