  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of export control laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential export compliance issues.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on export control laws and regulations.
  5. Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Review and approve export license applications and other export-related documents.
  7. Conduct investigations and analyze data to identify any potential export violations.
  8. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to export compliance.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for government agencies and other external parties for export compliance matters.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of export activities and transactions.
  11. Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure adherence to export regulations.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of export compliance policies and procedures.
  13. Monitor and report on export compliance metrics to management.
  14. Help develop and implement training programs and materials to promote awareness of export compliance requirements.
  15. Uphold ethical standards and promote fair and secure international trade practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Trade, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Export Compliance, Preferably In A Government Or Regulatory Agency.

  • Knowledge Of U.s. Export Regulations, Including The Export Administration Regulations (Ear) And International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar).

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Trade Practices And The Ability To Stay Updated On Changes In Export Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate Complex Regulations To Non-Experts.
