Job Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is looking for an experienced Economist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical and economic analysis to support the Department's mission. You will be responsible for evaluating economic trends, developing economic models, and providing policy advice.To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Economics or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience working as an economist. You should also have a strong understanding of economic concepts and the ability to interpret complex data. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze economic trends and develop economic models to support the Department's mission.
