
Supervisory Research Biological Scientist

Responsibilities:
- Create research initiatives and provide guidance to a team of research scientists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate research progress, ensuring goals are met in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and assess laboratory techniques and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and results of research activities.
- Maintain and update records of scientific studies and experiments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure research goals are met.
- Oversee the budgeting and allocation of resources for research activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior research staff.
- Stay up-to-date on new developments in the field of biotechnology, genetics, and related life sciences.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Biological Science Or Related Field
