
Loan Assistant
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Loan Assistant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to a variety of clients. As a Loan Assistant, you will be responsible for managing loan programs and ensuring that all loan applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with federal and state regulations. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of loan origination, processing, and servicing, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage loan programs and ensure that all loan applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Review loan applications and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor loan process, from application to closing, to ensure that all steps are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to a variety of clients.
- Assist loan officers with loan origination, processing, and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with new loan programs and regulations.
- Communicate loan terms and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
