
County Office Program Technician
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking an experienced, organized, and personable County Office Program Technician to join our team. As a vital part of the USDA, this individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to County Directors and county office staff. Successful candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong knowledge of office functions, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Responsibilities: -Provide administrative support to County Directors and county office staff -Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records -Assist in the implementation of office procedures and policies -Conduct research as needed -Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials -Answer phones and coordinate office visits -Greet and assist visitors -Maintain office supplies -Perform other duties as assigned
