Systems Engineer

System Engineer, Customer Experience & Analytics Solution will work with customer experience product managers, engineering, sales, marketing and customer care in order to; develop architecture, system requirements, and test features for the Customer Experience Management (CXM) system. In addition, this System engineer will assist in testing and integrating major/minor features of hardware and software product developed by U.S. Cellular or our vendors. Develop requirements, design and implementation plan for software driven use cases and solutions. Utilize Agile and DevOps development techniques for platform/system development. Make recommendations to leadership team(s), covering relative costs of activities, opportunities for use case prioritization and implementation!
