Job Description

At U.S. Cellular, we are looking for an innovative and ambitious Strategy and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic acumen, business savvy and a passion for driving results.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of strategic initiatives and business opportunities that will support our mission and drive growth. This position requires excellent communication, problem solving and analytical thinking skills, as well as a track record of developing and executing successful strategies.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategy or business development role. A Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications are a plus. In addition to strong technical capabilities, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow, and who is ready to take on the challenge of helping U.S. Cellular reach its goals.
