Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Incentive Operations Analyst to join the U.S. Cellular team. This individual will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our incentive programs, from inception through execution, to ensure the successful delivery of our promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the wireless industry, with excellent communication and organizational skills. If you are looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.The successful Incentive Operations Analyst will have a minimum of two years of experience in a wireless/telecommunications environment and a proven track record of successfully managing incentive programs. The candidate should have a keen understanding of the mobile industry, with the ability to analyze data and provide timely solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is required, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
